The birds were wondering why I was on the roof top and they didn't want to have anything to do with the possible scenes and flew away! And I am sure they didn't like the fact that my attention was not on them..

In case any one was wondering about me, I am not dead... yet ;)
I mean not completely.. although I keep dying in between he he he..

Sharing a smile with you all. Some one I just had the pleasure to do exactly that.. share a smile and capture it .. While you pass by a thousand faces during travel, don't just some of them stay much longer than you would think?
Life is also like that. Vice versa is true too.. those faces that you thought would stay long, disappear sooner than you expected :)

But other wise what's charming about life any way?

This is called the gardener's photography!

Note to self: Easier to use a cloth than a brush to clean up if you remember at the right time ;) .. except the right time was the wrong time at 11 o'clock in the night!
These cherry tomatoes waited long enough on the plant for me until I found time to photograph. By the time I picked them, they were breaking apart but held together long enough for me (strange it may sound, but it had created another layer of skin on top of the cracked one)!

And they tasted deeeelicioussssssssss this morning!!!!!!!!!

Picked one egg plant this morning, it was weirdly shaped, so nor photographing it and no time too..

While driving by, this shot fell into my lap, but had to use the phone since I wasn't expecting any street shots for that brief drive! I had to edit a bit more than normal on this one.

I believe that greens make me not only healthy but wiser also. It is good for your mind, body and heart! And I love cabbage. The other day we were grocery shopping, me and my husband. Seeing me with a cabbage, he said "I picked one already." I took his cabbage and put it back on the rack. He asked "What is wrong with it?"
Then I told him.. "This one is a photographer's cabbage, look at the perfectly curved layers that are struggling to form a lovely flower shape at the top."

I photographed the whole cabbage too, but I liked the separate leaf shot better. I photographed it and then cut it, cooked it and ate it :)

Twisted, weathered
Partially submerged
Or rather drowning
In the water
That became a poison
What once was a life giver

They lay in constant vigil
Not wavering, nor resting..
For a moment
So the leaves could
Engage in a constant happy chatter
With the birds

And dance their limbs
When the birds sang
The sweetest of their songs
And passers by would stop
To admire the beauty
That the tree wore in flowers
